📦 Shipping Terms

We make every reasonable effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible and within the specified time frame.
However, please note that we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided after dispatch.
Most deliveries are handled by third-party couriers (unless your address is within 50 km of our warehouse).
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain addresses or PO boxes.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping prices shown at checkout are system-generated estimates.
Actual shipping costs may vary — if so, we’ll notify you before charging or refunding any difference.

If the actual cost exceeds the estimate by more than 25%, we may:

  • Request a shipping contribution from you, or
  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund

This also applies to discounts or promotions that include free shipping.

⚡ Special Shipping Conditions

  • Li-Ion batteries and related items may be classified as dangerous goods (DG), which can affect available shipping methods and increase costs.
  • For certain remote or restricted areas, delivery times may vary due to size or DG limitations.
  • The same shipping policy applies to free shipping offers and purchases made via our other marketplaces (e.g., Kijiji, Craigslist, Carousell, etc.).
  • During high sales seasons (i.e. Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.), you may experience delays in order processing and delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

We are not responsible for the cost or limitations of returning, exchanging, or servicing products unless our AO staff personally picks up the item within 50 km of our warehouse.
We also are not liable for delays or missed deliveries caused by third-party carriers.

📸 Damaged or Missing Shipments

If products arrive damaged or incomplete, you are responsible for cooperating with the courier to resolve the issue.

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages unless you’ve taken photos and signed with the delivery agent.
  • File a damage claim through the courier’s official process as soon as possible.
